Freelance Writer - Schafer Corporation - Huntsville, AL
Schafer Corporation is accepting applications for highly motivated, talented freelance writers. The writer will be part of a team of communication specialists supporting one or multiple clients working in Huntsville, AL. Project assignments will be based upon contract and/or task order award.
The following responsibilities include:
- Propose creative solutions to product high-quality communication products, based on sound research, analysis and synthesis of information.
- Research, write, and edit papers that are technical in natures such as conference and symposium papers, white papers, talking points, and speeches.
- Research, write, and edit papers that are non-technical in nature and written to an 8th grade level.
- Research and write web content and content for social media channels to include Facebook, Twitter, and blogs.
- Research, write, and edit outreach materials, including fact sheets, exhibit text, lithographs, bookmarks, and lithographs.
