Requirements:
Work with developers to capture existing state of the application, including data models, data flows, state diagrams, processes (including "checklists" for frequently executed tasks). Work with business subject matter experts to capture business processes in a form of documentation. Plan, design, research, write, and edit documents. Organize documentation to be easily references and accessible. Edit written documentation and obtain input from subject matter experts to create unified, consistent, simplified documents. Review documents and propose redesign for simplified use and simplified maintenance. Control documents, following documented rules and precedents. Requirements: 4 years experience in technical writing with a minimum of 2 years using UML and data modeling software. 2 years experience working with RDMS applications. MS Visio knowledge us a plus. Experience in documenting software in finance related field. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Ability to absorb and understand complex business and technology terminology. Be highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Project Description:
This position will be a part of a team that supports and enhances internally developed reconcilement system, and, specifically, part of a project that finalizes transition of the application from a project to a support mode.
